Michigan State Assault Video - Michigan State suffered a heartbreaking loss to Michigan on Saturday night, and anger poured into the tunnel as the fight began.
Mostly from the Michigan State D, as several Spartans players were caught on video fighting what appeared to be a Michigan player.

It's unclear which players are involved or if the fight actually started, but video captured by Matt Charbonneau of The Detroit News shows several MSU players knocking Michigan players to the ground and punching him.

Michigan State Athletic Director Alan Haller and Big Ten Commissioner Kevin Warren, who were present for the game, met with Ann Arbor Police in Tonnes after the fight to inform the authorities.
"Two of our players were assaulted," Harbaugh said. "You saw the video, 1 in 10. Too bad."
Michigan Athletic Director Ward Manuel also spoke at Harbaugh's press conference and demanded official action against the MSU player.
Harbaugh added that one player suffered a nose injury in the melee and a Spartans player may have suffered a broken nose.

The charges were handed down after a lengthy investigation into the Oct. 29 incident ... where multiple MSU players were seen on video attacking several Wolverines following a 29-7 loss at Michigan Stadium.

For his part, Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh was disappointed by the aftermath ... and it was expected that the controversy would lead to criminal charges.
